For the whole month of May our Founder/DIrector SKooJ will be teaching a Contemporary Fusion based class every Thursday!

We will warm-up during class but maybe sure to start stretching before class start to make sure you are ready to dance.

Choreography will be different every week to keeps our bodies and minds challenged to keep dance alive in all of us.

This class with be focused on the intermediate/advanced mover. If you are a beginner you can absolutely tune in but send us a quick message so we make sure to show and demonstrate multiple options for specific movement.

This class will be broadcasted on Facebook live and Instagram live to make sure anyone that is interested in tuning in can do so.
