POINTS #TOPLAY is an online program training that offers different workshops on movement, body awareness, and improvisation technique with the aim of promote the movement culture through different philosophies and methods by artists, movers, and coaches from different parts of the world.
The main goal is to invite people to play and recognize their physical and creative abilities through games and dynamics focused on understanding and studying the movement to stimulate the creative self, play with attention, and challenge multitasking and also offers different kinds of tools to learn different ways of approaching movement and improvisation technique.
Each edition we will be invite different people to share their own pedagogy of the movement, research and training for the performing arts.
This first edition of Points #ToPlay will focus on sharing the improvisation laboratory and movement research of the new structured improvisation piece L 280: Build a house to fly by the Mexican company Puntos de Partida, a laboratory directed by José David Cerda (MX).
