Do you want to maintain your spinal health? Reduce lower back pain, regain flexibility and lose weight at the same time? Welcome to your class which takes a holistic approach at improving your spine health and living a pain-free life.

In this class I will safely walk you through the following :

1.Proper exercises to strengthen and stretch the back.

2. Tips to reduce stress and improve sleep/recovery.

3.Proper Nutrition and making healthy food choices.

4. Correct posture while sitting, standing and lifting.

5. Re-programming the mind to stop creating pain.

My name is Chavi Bansal. I am certified Yoga teacher (500HR E- RYT Yoga Alliance), Certified Personal trainer from National academy of Sports Medicine(NASM), and a Dancer with Bachelors in Modern dance from The Netherlands ( Fontys Hogescholen). Through my years of experience working with clients and treating my own lower back injury, I have discovered many tools to maintain spine health and pain free living. This includes strength and stretch exercises, reprogramming the mind to stop creating pain, and maintaining proper posture during daily activities.
