During shelter-in-place advisory, Jean Appolon has taken his weekly Saturday class online! Join for free on Facebook Live (www.facebook.com/jeanappolonexpressions) to get your body moving and heart beating. Class begins with a warm up and then will go into two or three traditional Haitian folkloric rhythms, such as Yanvalou, Kongo, or Ibo. Class is appropriate for all levels and all ages.
